What Vitamins and Foods....?

hey does anyone know what certain vitamins are for what? or what foods help with certain things like hair growth, making your skin clearer, making ur eyes brighter making ur skin more smooth less dry.... anyone know anything like this? like tomatoes are good for... fill in the blank ect. u get what i mean anything like that please answer!

well, go to China and they will say anything they put on your plate is good for your skin....
Reply:vitamin E will help your skin, hair and nails. use vitamin E lotion and oil too

tomatoes are good for skin...they have also been proven as a natural SPF

Good fats: nuts, olive oil, etc.
Reply:The B vitamin Biotin is good for the hair.





Consuming essential oils such as flax and olive oil are good for the skin.





If you take a good multi-vitamin you don't usually need additional vitamin supplements. I've tried a lot and it seems GNC has the best vitamins. I take Women's Ultra Mega Active, but I do supplement with additional Biotin for my hair.
