Anyone know what medical condition this is?

I have only ever seen two people (both male, in their 50s) with this skin condition. They appeared to have marble sized growths all over their body, particuarly face, neck and arms. but generally everywhere. I feel quite sorry for them. One worked at a fruit market, and the other goes to my gym. I know its probably not contagious, otherwise theyd probably not be permited to be placed in these situations where the condition could be contracted by others. However, I have no idea what this condition is, and I'd like to know. Anyone have any clues?

I know (have seen) the condition you are speaking of. A man who belongs to our benevolent association has this condition. They do appear to be like marbles under the skin with no difference in color than normal skin. Let me look a little and see if I can get an answer for you.

The condition is a form of Lipoma. This is characterized by one to many benign, fatty tumors found in the subcutenous layer just below the skin.
Reply:define growths
Reply:Internal bleeding may cause permanent damage to the joints and muscles. ... Bleeding under the skin may cause small or large purple colored spots (purpura)

Older people tend to have it more than younger people.
