Is it true that waxing reduces your hair growth?

Is it really true that waxing reduces your hair growth? How does shaving affect your skin?

Is it true that waxing reduces your hair growth?
waxing repeatedly for a period of years slowly damages the hair follacle until it kills it and hair no longer grows from that spot.. like plucking your eyebrows... is there a spot on your eyebrows where hair doesnt grow anymore becuase youve waxed/plucked them for so long?
Reply:it reduces it yes cause waxing pulls not only the hair but the folical, i think i heard once that the hair that comes back actually comes back thiner.
Reply:It has reduced my hair growth. It took about a year to notice a difference.
Reply:Waxing reduces how fast your hair grows back. and it's thinner over time. But it doesn't make it stop.

Shaving can cause your skin to get darker. Hair grows faster, stubble, etc.
