Health tips for being a male model?
I would work out a lot and consider trying some supplements. I use creatine and whey protein and they both work very well for me. You could get Human growth hormone from your doctor. I f your still young enough and are growing it could help you gain a few inches.
Reply:Do something else!!! This is so Zoolander! Hey, dancing is cool.....

If you want health tips- skin tips, just GOOGLE IT!!!! Easy to find. Buy some good magazines at the Safeway! You are not going to grow. Unless you are 10 years old, don't waste your money on growth pills. Be happy with your heighth!

Good luck in whatever you choose to do!
Reply:You should be classically handsome. Eat well, sleep enough and exercise a little everyday. Lots of fruits and veggies and practice relaxation techniques. Smile alot and be kind to everyone you meet. Being a successful model is more than looks alone--it's the whole person. Good luck.
Reply:First of all are u handsome? In order to be a model you need to have a nice clean face I recommend u to use Proactive Solutions. It really works!
Reply:Hi, Congrats to your new job...I bet that is exciting! I can recommend a men's line for your skin needs for your face. It is from a company called Arbonne and it is their NurtiMenC RE9 Line. My husband started using their shaving lotion and he no longer gets the ingrown hairs when he shaves and he no longer itches. It also comes with a cleanser, toner and SPF8 moisturizer and the condition of his skin has really improved. You can check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com Good luck with your modeling career.
Reply:I have a great skin tip for you!

Do a honey mask when it's convenient for you. I do mine in the evening a few hours before going to bed.

Just go and buy some honey at the grocery store.

Take a warm cloth and cover your face for about 60 seconds so that it opens your pores. Then, saturate your face with honey (in moderation) but cover your entire face excluding your eyes..

Leave it on for about 30-45 minutes...

Rinse with cool water to close your pores, and waaaaalllllllaaaaa!

Your face will feel as smooth as a baby...

You should do this at least every other day or night....

I also recommend that you find an Indian store in your area and buy a product called ..... Vicco Cream... it is made of Turmeric and Sandalwood Oil.

Comes in a orange and yellow box with the picture of a woman on the front.

This is a must!! You're going to be astounded by the results of using this on your face every single night.....

You won't be sorry ........... I promise you..
