I had a bike accident! a hard fall! my shoulder skin got badly peeled!
burned...However...
what type of green vegetables will help a fast growth of skin!!!...
Greens!!! veggies!!!?
First of all make sure that you keep it dry. If you keep it moist than it will take longer to heal. Moisture harbors bacteria. I would also keep a bandage off of it so that it gets plenty of air. If its hot hold a cool wet rag on it but not ice because ice damages the skin and than apply antibiotic ointment to it. But if it is a large area I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you see a doctor.
When it heals and starts to itch don't scratch it. Nails are dirty and this can help infection set in.
There really is no vegetable that can help with the speeding up process. Your body needs to make more of the epithelial layer and this can take some time. That is why it forms a scab until new skin regenerates. The scab is a layer of platelets that help stop the bleeding. Just give your body time. You'll irritate it if you do to much to it.

You will continue to see it heal. The way it sounds now sounds normal. The clear stuff that is draining is called plasma. Its a part of your blood only like I said it is clear. It will itch as you have probably noticed with other cuts. But don't scratch it because it will create a new wound and it will take longer to heal. Not only that but infection could set in considering a humans nails are extremely dirty.
Reply:You can put a thin slice of cucumber on the skin. It will keep it moist and decrease bacterial growth. Good Luck!
Reply:I had a similar road rash some years ago. There is no good vegetable for it. Make sure it is clean, you can apply a topical like tribiotic or Silvadene then cover with a non-adhesive dressing. It will leak plasma until you have a complete dermal layer rebuilt. Plasma is a thin clear/pale yallow fluid which will crytalize when dry. Keep change dressing daily, wash off old dressing with clean wet cloth or 4x4 gauze, take care so as not to disturb the wound overly.
