there was this situation where by there was a hair follicule formed a solid round mass full with serous secretion on the body of the penis due hair growth, there was no any tiny head on the skin of the mass inorder to press it and remove the serous from it. so the skin was cut on top to remove the serous, the serous was removed.but now it turn into lesion form, with whit spot in it. what do u think it is? what is the appropriate treatment? note that there is no any viral infection in analysis

Go and see a doctor, that is the only sensible thing to do.
