Eyebrow Growth?

I've always plucked my eyebrows, but for some reason I decided to get them waxed -- they turned out pretty bad. Now I need to fill in a small section in both eyebrows because they start arching too soon. It's been three weeks, and a few hairs are growing, but the majority seem to be just now reaching the surface of the skin. If it takes three weeks for the roots to grow, I'm guessing it's going to be a month and a half to two months before the hairs are fully grown, right?

Anyway, my question is, is there anything out there that might promote eyebrow growth? I heard olive oil might help - is that the cooking kind? Does castor oil work at all, and if so, what does it look like and where can I get it?

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm getting kind of tired of filling in those parts every morning. =]

Eyebrow Growth?
They grow from the inside out. I can't imagine putting anything on them will help them grow. Just like all the rogain and all that men rub on their heads doesn't work, I believe you are stuck using an eyeliner pencil.

My makeup artist, for my wedding, used powder on my eyebrows to fill in a few weak spots in my brow. It may be quicker than a pencil.

Good luck,
Reply:I too have heard about olive oil and castor oil being good for that. keep up filling in with the eyebrow pencil. That is the only way. My eyebrows take about 3 months to fill in if i accidentally epilate too much. I usually tape the parts I want to keep with paper masking tape and then run the epilator over the center and the sides. Does a great job! I like this method as my eyesight isn't what it used to be. This does the job in less that 30 secs and does a great job. sometimes, if the masking tape moves (very rare) then I knock off some of the hair that I had planned to keep. Yikes!
Reply:Put vaseline on your brows at night when you get ready for bed.Wash eyebrows like you do your hair. Lets say when you wash your hair let a little of the soap on your eyebrow and gently wash them.Keep your eyes closed so it does not hurt your eyes. After put alittle vaseline on them. Also take vtamine E .
Reply:its OK been there done that mine had a big gap ..... you will meed to fill for just a little bit longer but to speed it up some take vitamin e capsules break one in half and rub the liquid on your eyebrows ...do the same for both ....you can get vitamin e at like cvs or wal-mart its cheap....you can also do the same thing to your nails or hair to get them to grow its natural and you wont have a grease pit on your face...
Reply:best solution is , just go to beauty parlour they will apply or correct your eyebrow which match your face, and then maintain same from home itself.
