it looks like under growth of little white hairs beside bodyhair
it is not grey hair, i can pull them out with ease but theres too much

Maybe you're secretly a bird and you're pulling off your down. Just kidding... but anyway, it's hard to judge without looking at it, but my best guess is it's just fine hair. Everyone has fine, usually blonde hair, if you're light skinned, all over their body. It acts as an extra layer to keep heat in as well as help trap dust mites. It could actually not even be hair at all. It might be just lint from your clothes or particles in the air like spider webs. However, it doesn't sound serious and I wouldn't worry about it.
